Refund policy

The item needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit. If you want to return the product, send an email to jakobsdals@homeoftextile.se with the order number in the subject line for further instructions. You can return a product within 14 days, please note that the product must be in unaltered condition for a full refund.

Use packaging that will last through the post. Upon return, a fee of SEK 69 is added.
