(below 799 SEK we charge a shipping fee of 69 SEK)
Delivery time
We normally handle your order within one day (non-holiday weekdays) from the order until the product leaves our warehouse, provided that we have the product in stock. When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping company that delivers your order within the specified time for the chosen shipping method. All furniture except our tables are manufacturet to order and have a delivery time for about 6 weeks. Furniture is delivered to the property/sidewalk or picked up at the terminal.
Delivery delay
The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. There may be occasions that make it impossible for us to fulfil the order, for example if our supplier is unable to fulfil their commitment to us. Contact us if you wish to cancel your purchase.
Right of withdrawal and return
The item needs to be returned in an unchanged condition in order for you as a customer to receive a full credit. You can return a product within 14 days, please note that the product should be in unchanged condition for a full refund.
Use packaging that can withstand the delivery of mail. In case of return, a fee of SEK 69 will be added.
If you have received a defective or incorrectly dispatched product, we ask you to contact us at If we cannot solve the problem, you must of course reclaim the product to get a new one. Reclaims must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Unclaimed parcel
For uncollected packages, a fee of 250 SEK will be charged. The fee will be charged in arrears. In the event of non payment, the claims are unconditionally forwarded to a debt collection service.
