All prices are in SEK/NOK/DKK/EUR, excluding VAT and refers to price per unit unless otherwise stated. The recommended price increase in store is 2.2 - 2.3 on furniture och 2.5 - 2.7 on textiles and decor.
Credit assessments are made through our partner PS Finance. See order confirmation for payment terms. PS Finance sends one reminder of unpaid invoices together with a reminder fee by post to the customer’s address. Unpaid invoices are handed over as a matter to the Debt collection at PS Finance after a first reminder.
Questions regarding payment is sent to PS Finance. You will find the information on your invoice.
Confirmed order applies in the form of quantity, item, price and delivery terms as well as payment terms.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the order is correct by checking the order confirmation.
Order values over SEK 4000 / NOK 4500 / EUR (Finland) 450 / DKK 4000 is shipped for free. With order values below the free shipping limit, there will be added a shipping cost of SEK 200 / NOK 225 / EUR (Finland) 30 / DKK 200.
For Sweden adding a telephone notification is always charged as follows:

For EU there will always be added a shipping cost of 30 EUR per box and actual freight cost for pallets.
When choosing partial delivery, shipping is charged at each extra shipment.
Home of Textile can not guarantee a delivery date but can confirm the estimated date when the goods leave the warehouse, see order approval for estimated shipment.
All possbile costs such as tolls, announced withdrawals etc. will be charged in full by the customer.
Shipping is charged on deliveries in accordance with the delivery terms.
A shipping cost is always added to orders containing furniture and mirrors when sent on pallets. The price is per pallet and is added to the invoice.
Delivery of backorders takes place automatically if the customer has not notified otherwise.
RECEIVING THE GOODS
1. Check the number of packages and visible damage on the packaging while the driver remains on sight.
2. Sign the shipment reciept to the driver and note any damage or missing packages.
DAMAGED GOODS/ MISSING PACKAGE
The carrier and Home of Textile are not responsible for missing or visible damage to goods that are not noted and stated on the shipping reciept and acknowledged by the driver.

In the event of a complaint, please contact Home of Textile by email and attached photos to email@example.com. A reply regarding complaints will come within 2-3 calender days. No goods may be discarded without approval from Home of Textile.
The carrier and Home of Textile are not responsible for hidden damages that are not reported within seven calender days after receiving the order.
Any returns must be approved by Home of Textile and sent with the instructed carrier and shipping note. All goods must be well packaged.
If goods are returned in another way, the customer will be charged all costs that may arise for Home of Textile. No goods may be discarded without approval from Home of Textile.
